Planning Another Round

After my recent tripping/derailing in my fitness, I thought it might be time to set up new goals. Over the course of the next few days, I will be mapping out a plan to get back on track. I have been fortunate enough to not have completely devastated my progress. If I begin a new round of DDP Yoga, meal tracking, and weekly walking regimen, I should still be close to my original goal targets and dates.

I will post my goals for the coming week, no later than Sunday night. The goals will include plans for:

  • Sleep 
  • Working out
  • Eating 
  • Walking and
  • Water Intake

I am excited to get back into a routine. I CAN DO THIS!
