It's clear that I did not get my goals online, as I'd said that I would. It's part of my struggle that I procrastinate... especially with regards to my fitness. Still, I have not be sitting idly...
I wish this post were about things going smoothly in the my life. Or, perhaps about how I've stuck to my fitness plans.
Today's yummy breakfast consists of:
- 5 oz Mountain High Lowfat Yogurt
- 118 g Banana
- 15 g Raw Almonds
- 10 g Organic Lite Agave Nectar
